Please upload the following documents when you apply. Please provide the documents in English or German:

For English-taught Bachelor programmes:

• curriculum vitae
• one of the following:
  • notarized certificate of university entrance qualification or equivalent (e.g.: secondary school leaving certificate. We will check whether the proof you can provide is an university entrance qualification in Germany)
  • for international students with local university entrance qualification (they are allowed to take up a study in the country of their education):
    • passing of our entry exam with good score - admission
    • passing of our entry exam - admission with additional integrated study courses
• proof of English proficiency (a TOEFL-level of 600 (pbT) / 80 (ibT), IELTS-level of 6.5 or an equivalent certification). No test required for students from countries with English as the official language in education. Please provide a proof that the medium of instruction of your secondary education / study programme was English.

For English-taught Master programmes:

• curriculum vitae
• last school-leaving certificate
• notarized Bachelor degree certificate or equivalent university degree (field of study may be important, please have a look at the fact sheet of the study programme you're applying for)
• notarized transcript of records of your degree
• grading system/scale of your degree
• proof of English proficiency (a TOEFL-level of 600 (pbT) / 80 (ibT), IELTS-level of 6.5 or an equivalent certification). No test required for students from countries with English as the official language in education. Please provide a proof that the medium of instruction of your secondary education / study programme was English.
